I have done business with TD CANADA trust for over 40 years and as such I do not find it business like, nor do I appreciate being called by my first name by tellers. This is a business and customers and clients paying for services should be respected.

Solution based approach and I just find with TD in general seems to be a consistency and genuine compassion in hardship and working towards solutions and non judgemental. I have more confidence in mending my situation and feeling like I don't need to ' avoid ' my finances. Professional with a human side unparalleled by any other bank or business I've done business with. Only wish I started banking here years ago . Keep trusting in your customers and being kind to all . I was pleased and honored that when I needed my Radiator flushed quickly before embarking on a trip to have a skin cancer surgery on the mainland the agreed to fit me in when they already had a full slate of work and were short a technician. Really helpful and nice staff. Their mechanic ( Lars ) is the best, most honest mechanic I have ever met. Really thorough with an eye to saving customers unnecessary expense. No hesitation in giving them 5 stars.
