Shane, a courteous and efficient company representative, gave me a booklet about what questions to initially ask about a roofing job. I also received a written estimate with two options for doing the job, both at reasonable rates. A written guarantee was delivered by Shane after the job was done. The Fairview crew was amazing they called prior to arrival, they took pride in their work in removing the old gutter and installing the new.
