I was there with my mother to buy a rug. The rug we liked was too heavy for us to carry. Gentleman there helped us put it in our car. Great customer service and very polite. I have also recommended the place to my friends. There selection is far better than what I found in Toronto or other places.

Chem-Dry is an excellent company! I have been using them for almost 15 years not for everything from regular carpet cleaning, to my upholstery and area rugs.
