I have been a customer of Shoppers at Howard and Tecumseh for many years. The reason for this---customer service--customer respect--knowledge of anything sold in their store--cleanliness --- I especially like how they speak to everyone-even the small children -- no matter how their day is going they are cheerful and responsive to all their customers. The service and the facilities are awesome. However there is one thing that concerned me after the fact that they were robbed twice.
I passed by the area one night and I find it suspicious that their neon open sign are still it up after they're closed & there's no cars in the lot.

They go above and beyond to make sure I get my medication. Other pharmacies only made excuses for not getting my meds when I needed them. Even with the shortages they still deliver.

We go out of our way to go to this pharmacy. They are knowledgeable, very helpful, patient, kind and compassionate. They are so good to my 92 year old mother and are on top of their game when it comes to her meds and what she has had before and what meds have caused her negative reactions. We are blessed to have found them.
