I visited the Mercedes salon for the first time for a colour and cut. My hair has not looked this good for years. Had so many comments saying how fantastic it looks. Glad I made the decision to change to this salon. I LOVE IT!! All the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Thank you very much Mercedes ?

Had my hair done by Zora, not only was she personable and friendly, she clearly new exactly what I wanted, she took the time and asked the right questions, and without a doubt she new her stuff. End result, simply amazing. Am so happy with my visit, from start to finish- am so pleased I went and saw her!

I'm not a reviewer but I think talent needs to be recognised. I've been coming for my highlights with Tony for almost 25 years and he has been doing the hair of my colleagues and one of my sister for the longest time. I always love the look and feel of my hair every time I leave and I appreciate his honesty recommending what's best for me. I send him countless people over the years, who have always thanked me after for the recommendation. If you want great highlights, this is the place for it.

I have been going to this salon for over a year and Grace has given me consistent and excellent results every time. I wanted platinum blonde hair and she is the best in the city. I have had bad experiences in the past with numerous 'colourists" but Grace has never let me down. She's the best. Highly recommend her. The staff is excellent, courteous, friendly and accommodadting. 5 out of 5!

I booked an appointment for a wedding and the stylist was so professional , well prepared and helpful . The owners are very nice and the salon looks very clean , organized and well equipped . I went to Scruples to get my hair cut, highlighted and styled. I was tired of my natural black hair and wanted to change my look. My haircut was done by Giancarlo, who helped make my thick, bulky looking hair look much more soft and not as heavy as it felt. My highlights and styling was done by Alexandria and I absolutely loved the job she did! She helped me achieve the look I wanted. Overall, I am very impressed with Scruples and will definitely be returning in the future.
