I have had service calls and repairs from this company three times in the last 5 years, and none were warranty work, my dryer was actually 12 years old. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement. I highly recommend this company.
And my 13 year old dryer still works perfectly!

Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! Definitely would go back again.

really happy with the service. After moving into my new apartment, my Samsung stackable washer unit was leaking. The technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the part with him so he was able to fix everything right away. for descent price i recommend appliance source
