My daughter joined ACMA when she turned 6. Today she is 11 and is a brown belt. The reason I put her in karate at the time was because she was underweight and on the weaker side. I noticed a huge difference in one year. She gained weight, strength and endurance. Today, she is very fit and much healthier as a direct result of her training. Vitality Yoga classes offer a nice combination of toning and strengthening. Each teacher has their own style and something nice to offer.
I personally enjoy the fine balance between this studio offers between getting a good stretch/workout as well as the stress relief, and mind calming benefits of the class that helps us really relax and let go. Vitality yoga does a great job at that. Love the meditation/relaxation at the end.Lire plus
Excellent studio staffed with knowledgeable yoga instructors who take the time to help participants fully immerse in yoga techniques. Plus there’s something for everyone: ranging from restorative yoga/massage to ashtanga yoga to kids yoga to mindfulness meditation. Highly recommend!Lire plus
