You seriously can’t go wrong paying a visit to Bicycles Plus. The staff are all polite and beyond friendly, and they treat everyone the same. I’ve only ever dealt with the parts/service side, never bought a bike from them, but both “camps” know their stuff very, very well. The one mechanic, I think his name is Nigel, he can diagnose a bike from 40’ away blindfolded. Great prices too, bought brake pads recently, they were half the price per set (front/back) compared to Canadian Tire.

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. I am a leisure cyclist, have a pretty decent bike (Cervelo 3T) and I will not trust my bike to anyone but Louis.
If you check out his shop, DO NOT expect to walk into a carpeted store with a internet-wired lounge with free organic coffee, and gluten-free muffins for you to wait while a 16 year old kid plays with your bike; none of this here!
You will deal with a true expert, greasy-hand and no non-sense guy. His fees are below average an his service and knowledge, way above the rest...!
