I went there yesterday to have a package delivered they lady was fantastic so friendly and was trying to help me as best she could. She was upset about my return and how a massive company won’t even pay to have item return. She was trying to find me the best deal possible. Outstanding service. As a teacher who is currently in self-isolation due COVID-19, I was worried that because I had missed my delivery date I would be unable to receive my package. I called the Holy Cross location and was immediately put at ease by Rajesh, who jumped into action and came up with a plan to ensure that I would receive my package immediately. After a long and stressful week it was wonderful to speak with Rajesh, who was professional, responsive, accommodating, and incredibly kind.

These folks are top notch! For over a year they have hosted my small business mail & shipping needs. Easy to deal with and professional and they even text you to let you know when packages are delivered. We have also diverted our personal Amazon deliveries to their porchless safety.

Parcel was delivered today earlier than expected, I just wish that the delivery personnel would ring the doorbell when they leave a package. Other than that 1 issue I have always received excellent service.
