From the moment I walked into New Bridal I felt such a good feeling. Muna is an angel. She listened to every detail and found the dress within ten minutes of the appointment. Muna went above and beyond any of my expectations and treated me like her own daughter. Not only did she find the perfect dress for me but she did everything in her power to make it my own. The dress looks like it was made for me. Anyone looking to buy a dress go to New Bridal first and ask for Muna !!

My daughter recently had problems with her wedding dress bought at another salon with not so good service. After taking the dress from the other salon, as we felt we could not trust them to alter it correctly, we contacted Sally at Bliss who directed us to Cindy's Alterations but after meeting with Cindy it seemed that the dress could not be altered so we ended back with Sally to buy a second dress. Sally was so caring she realized how difficult this situation was for us. She spent lots of time with my daughter even though it was past closing time. We ended up with a second dress. The next day my daughter decided to go back to Cindy's to see if we could look at the first dress again and Cindy was able to come up with a solution. I called Sally to see if I could return the second dress and she was amazing, it was absolutey no problem. If only we'd gone to Bliss in the first place our experience would have been so much better - Thank you Sally you salvaged what seemed to be a hopeless situation. Joan Bell

I wish I could give more than 5 stars that’s how happy I was with the staff here. Sylvia was beyond great, she worked so hard to make sure my wedding dress was everything I wanted and more. All the other places I went to did not compare to Tom Jeon. Everyone was amazing, the entire staff Chris and Silvana as well as the seamstresses who made the dress perfect. I highly recommend!
