    I had a really ba...

    I had a really bad experience with MFC and their customer service was very poor. Would not recommend to anybody.

    Poor communication skills

    I asked MFG to install Keyless Wireless Garage Door pad and it took them 2 months to do it and they still haven't done it. It's so hard to communicate with these guys. First you leave a message to some lady. Then some latino guy calls you and asks what do I need. Then he says I should call another latino guy because he knows better this stuff. Then you call that other guy and he says that he's gonna come tonight. He doesn't. So the next day you call him, he says "sorry i will come tonight". He comes and he says that he couldn't install keypad because the one I got from them is wrong, I need to call office and ask them for another type. And this pleasant story was going on for 2 months. They still haven't done the job. I would not recommend anyone to deal with them.
