J & S Sealing Concrete Services & Restoration

Steven is awesome…he fixed all that needed to be fixed. He explained everything to help me understand the process and his work is very detailed and clean. I would recommend him to anyone that has a concrete nightmare.

J & S are the real deal!!!! If you want the job done right…. These are your guys. Being that I am someone who is very handy and knowledgeable with construction and renovation, I have extremely high expectations when I higher professionals. J & S met those expectations with out any issues. On top of being great at what they do, there just great people. Like I said, if you want a job done right, you want J & S sealing.

Very professional, did an amazing job washing my concrete porch and applying a sealant. Steven also took care of all the cracks in the concrete.

I have to agree with what everyone says below regarding ghosting & some poor quality. There was whining through the execution of the job which was unprofessional - do the job you are hired for or raise concern about factual things. Additionally, damage to existing other parts of my property unaddressed and left for my household to discover after they left and repair on top of paying for the job in full. Not forthcoming with the damage done and we found it after. Buyer beware

Had some concerns with the work that was done (resealing) as it is peeling in less than 1 year. I called and they indicated they would come back to address the issue and we are coming in the next week. Yup have heard that 4 times and we are coming up to a year and a half later and still a no show.
