Purchased my escape in Oct,2015 Service was exceptional for the first few times. It has deteriorated in the last year since their major staff turnover. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for a problem with the AC. It is an intermittent problem. Because it is intermittent problem they would charge a $500 diagnostic fee, if they did not find the problem. Brought my F350 super duty in for service and to repair the 4 wheel drive. Told me it would be ready later in the day. No one called me, so I called them, not ready today, will be done tomorrow. Ok next I get a call before noon, it's ready. Get to the dealership, no not ready, have to order a part. That was Friday, get a call Monday at 8am, the part is in, ok, next available appointment is over a week away. So I ask for a loaner car while they fix mine, ok.
Get to dealer this morning and drop off truck, no loaner available????
