Today morning I went with my wife to this registry to do her class 7 driver's licence knowledge test. As per government of Alberta website a printed dictionary could be used for this test. However, when I checked with the agent ,she flatly declined it without even bother to check the policy. There were 3 agents in the office and all of them insisted that a dictionary cannot be used for this test. One of them said it's cheating. They made us feel that we were trying to cheat the exam.
