we hired him to clean our house.it was movingout cleaning.he didnt anything.and made a blue big spot on our bed rooms wall. and our carpet was clean.we didnt hired for carpet cleaning.thatswhy he made some spot with grease on my carpet and told me that we have to clean our carpet too.and when i told him that i am not satisfied he told me that he cant do more than that.i paid 160 dollar. me and my husband clean whole apartment again, it took 6 hours.and he took our cleaning stuff with asking us.
