Service is comparable to a dead turtle race, great if one is in no hurry at all. Owner is rather rude, better off to shop elsewhere. If 0 was a rating, that would be what they would have.

Small business owner for the last 5 years.. Have come to deal with niel and gords on a fequent basis... I purchased a very powerful back pack blower.. It makes blowing of leaves a breeze for my business..i also purchased a snow blower through them as well which blows the others away..i can use one hand with this snowblower.. The owners are just great as well to deal with..very friendly every time..great deals always..will continue going back to niel and gords for my lawn and snow business items

THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! These guys went above and beyond all of my expectations. When Sears wouldn't help me with my Craftsman mower, Niels really stepped up and got the job done. I now know where I will be purchasing all my outdoor equipment! Thanks again, your kindness and knowledge were very appreciated.I am a widower now my husband passed, I have to take care of these things on my own and knowing that there are still people out there that care more about the customer!

I have tried using this company 3 times and today was the last. They are very rude to deal with, have zero customer service and are way overpriced. I will never call them or deal with them again. Buyer beware!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered a part, received the wrong one, owners refused to acknowledge their error and told me I must have had prior work done on my mower and that's why the part didn't fit! Will never go back again!

Awful customer service!!! I've had 3 bad experiences. After talking to friends they all have nothing good to say about Neil's and Gords. The people behind the counter are not interested in future business! Save your money
