I've been dealing with them for years, never had a problem. Always let me be a little late with my stuff until recently when I was one and a half months over due on some jewelry that a family friend had custom made for me, instead of calling me or holding it they had it melted down. 7 years I've been dealing with them, always paid, always cleared up my debts with them and they wouldn't even wait an extra few weeks for me to come and get it. My friend has now passed away and I have a great job so will not need them anymore. Just be warned they put money and greed ahead of keeping good customers! I'll be going elsewhere for anything I could buy there, such short sighted and greedy people! At least my friend will never find out that I pawned his jewelry! :(

We were very disappointed to learn that your jewellery was liquidated, especially due its sentimentality. We have been working with you for many years and we value the relationship with you as well as all of our customers over and above any particular item. We will hold all of our pawn loans for a period of 90 days. In your case, based on you excellent credit rating, even though the 90 days had expired, we had held your jewellery in our safe for an additional 63 days. After 153 days without you contacting us and without knowing the history of the item, we were under the impression that you had no further interest in redeeming this loan. The circumstances that lead to this item’s liquidation is very unfortunate. We hope that we can put this in the past and provide us the opportunity to earn your business once more.
