Great Service, Great Workmanship!

I have a watch that the crown had broken off of. I initially received a quote from another business for a minimum of $90. I took it to Roy (he has a home based business.) When Roy took it apart, another part was broken. He completed the job by the next day & the total cost for parts & labour was $41 (including a new battery.) Had I have taken it to the other place it would have cost me well over $100. Thanks Roy. I will recommend your services to others.

I am not a complaining type of person but I must comment. I took an old mantle clock for cleaning and overhaul, new bearings, and so on. We discussed some damage on the face and I said we had decided to leave it as it was. To show its history. When I picked up the clock the face had been crudely daubed with thick lumpy acrylic wall paint with a house painting brush. There was paint even on the metal ring around the face.
