A lot has changed in the last little while - theres more staff, so that in the past few times Ive been the only one there - or waited for one other. I had e-mailed BMO and told them the service was appalling for a business bank, but thats changed. They hired new staff, and there are few complaints from me now. I opened an account, as I used the bank only for Investorline, and sent my first e-transfer. Within a week someone had taken $3000 from me. I got it back, but cancelled my a/c immediately
The staff are good but for the amount we pay in banking fees, we should not have to wait in line so long to do anything. It doesn’t seem to matter when you go, there is always a long line up.
