We have a 5-1/2 year old home and for the last 2-1/2 years we’ve had one small piece of siding under a 2nd storey window that keeps blowing off. I found out last Christmas that the people who put up and take down our Christmas lights were setting the piece back in place. Then it would come down again the next time the wind blew. I contacted Jordy at Chartwell, and within a couple of weeks, the piece was permanently back in place, and at “no charge”. Thanks for the great service!

I installed my own soffit and didnt do a very good job. I phoned Jordy at Chartwell to see how much it would cost to fix it. He quoted me a very reasonable price and sent over one of his guys to do the job (super nice guy). I am super happy about the job that was done, it was actually more work than what we had talked about, but the price he quoted stayed the same... wow, when is the last time that happened to you !! I highly recommend Chartwell. I would use them again without hesitation!!
