We hired Arms and Minds to do retaining walls and pathways beside our home. The work was very high quality and exceeded our expectations. For the pathways, they used a variety of materials including gravel and paving stones, and came up with a terrific design. The retaining walls had the proper preparation and drainage. Excellent work.

Mark (Arms and Minds renovations) was very fair in the estimate I received to build a cedar fence along the back of my property and they did an excellent job. I also had Mark replace a large counter in a downstairs family room and to replace some hardwood flooring. Should I require anything done, I will call Mark. 5 Star.

Mark and his team were the main reason why our renovation project went so smoothly. They took care of all the details from start to end. They were responsible with coordinating with other external contractors, demolishing, flooring, plumbing, electrical and mechanical and painting. Our project was initially assessed and an overall fee was proposed. The fees were discussed from the very beginning and there were no hidden fees whatsoever which was lovely to see. We have hired this contractor to renovate our unit and are very happy with the result. Mark has done a great job on flooring replacement, and painting while meeting the strata expectation. I should also mention that the renovation cost was fair and reasonable.
