The staff (Teresa and Ingrid) that I worked with were courteous, knowledgeable,friendly. They made the shopping experience very easy and it didn't take long to find what I was looking for. The store itself it well stocked with much more than just recliners. I never thought I'd see the day when I'd buy a lazy-boy but am definitely glad I did and I would recommend this store if you're thinking of getting one yourself.

Mahfam in the North Vancouver store was excellent -- what customer service should be. She was helpful, responsive, proactive and very friendly. She gave me the best discount possible. I will definitely go back to her again for future furniture needs. I highly recommend her.

I finally got my dream sofa recliner and very useful for my job as a frontliner on my feet all the with this covid 16 hrs the most just to cover sick calls . Attached my sona and my husband trying our new sofa! We all ❤️It thanks Lazy boy!

We recently bought a bed frame, which is beautifull by the way, but we were told it could take up to 3 months for delivery because it is handmade in the lower mainland of Vancouver. Needless to say, it was delivered within a month and the boxes said that it was from Vietnam!!!! Go figure...not sure how that kind of sale info can be so skewed!!! That is why I only give it 2 stars...?

Mahfam is amazing. She was so patient with us as it was difficult to figure out what we want and gave us a few options and was not putting any pressure on us. The only thing that really bothered me was Lazyboy put a sale on and they don't have the supply. We already liked a 3 seater and but will take I believe up to 6 mos to deliver. We need a new sofa at least within a month. We have no choice but to order a sofa that can be delivered sooner.The headrest is too bulky, hoping my neck adjusts.
