Extremely disappointing service. On Aug 22, Tech diagnosed problem with Maytag dryer as requiring new main board, cost $400. Advised board to arrive in 2-3 business days. It arrived 7 weeks later. October 11 tech to replace board, but upon another check of dryer as requested by owner, determined problem was actually a $15 fuse, not the costly main board. Almost had decided to purchase new $900 dryer, unaware problem was a $15 part. Tried to contact VC manager to relate concerns. No return call.
