Visions (TM) The Best Name In Electronics

Looks like I'm not the only one with a poor rating for this store. If there was a negative ( minus ) I'd use it !! Horrible , horrible customer service. I honestly think these people take classes on how to be a$$holes ?!?! Experienced nothing but rudeness from store to 'customer service " Don't waste your money...shop elsewhere !!!

on hold three times for 20 minutes each time. never did get response to product question. Terrible customer service

I did not even want to give this location a star. They did not give me the correct product when sold. Did not call or contact me when the proper part arrived. Did not have the item in stock afterwards. I will have to wait 2-3 weeks. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Visions electronics 1520 regent ave Winnipeg mb. Horrible customer service once this business received our money (over $3500) there was a complete 360 in attitude. Lied to us basically laughed at us and told us to bad when we tried to rectify our issue. Still have not received our full purchase and install that was 7 weeks ago. Worst customer service in our life's as well as worst we have ever been treated all across Canada.

Tim in car audio is great. Stay away from the other salesmen. Great install but you pay for it.
