Loyal Taxi

Anyone who takes any taxi should realize how the business works. I use Loyal Taxi all the time. It took me a while to adjust when expectations didn’t meet reality, and now I understand how it goes, I have ZERO issues with them. Book taxi the day you’re using it. Dispatch is not there for chatting. You pester them, they won’t answer your calls. If you are late, they can leave. If they don’t show up, you don’t own them, get over it! They do their best, be civil!

Called a Loyal cab today and I waited and waiting but no one came. I called them 5 times trying to see if one was still coming and no one answered. Thankfully someone I knew offered me a drive (I was late for work at this point). I tried one last time to get a hold of Loyal to make sure a cab didn't arrive last minute and wait for me. I told them it took too long unfortunately so I accepted a drive from a friend and they hung up on me! I won't be calling them again.

Should be unloyal!!! Booked a cab for the 31st, booked on the 22nd. Called the 31st to confirm the reservation they did not have it!!!! And refused to re-book it!!! So now, my girlfriend will be starnded downtown while I pack up the kids to get her at the wedding at 2 am!!! DO NOT COUNT ON THESE GUYS!!!

I called them and they said they will be 10-12 mins. I went up in 10 mins and flagged the car to wait, as I'm disabled. And he drove off. Stumbling out the door, they continue to drive off... When I call. They said they waited 4 mins and will send a diner an cab in 10 mins. 20 mins later I got a cab. Terrible customer service. And nothing is done. Would not recommend cab to people

Loyal Taxi has the worst and most terrible customer service....esp with a the guy that picks up the call....He is terrible,abuses clients and not friendly....hang up on client without taking the location....he is worst.. Pls dont book loyal taxi
