    House Addition and Garage Pad

    We originally contacted Mercer's Best Built Structures to receive a garage quote, and were so impressed with them, we also hired them to build a new master bedroom onto a home we were purchasing. The timeline was accurate, they provided us with detailed updates almost daily and were very approachable with any questions or concerns. The finished products were outstanding - it literally looks like the master bedroom has always been part of the original house. We would not hesitate to contact Mercer's for any future construction needs. Laura and Dave

    Customer Service

    Mercer's is going to be building my home very soon in Lake Echo and I have to say that the Customer Service there is already above and beyond what I would ever expect a contrator to do and I have to worries going into this project knowing it will stay the same. Can't wait to get started as I know the finish product will be of high standards as if they were building it for themselves!!!!

    I seen an ad for Mercers Home Structures on the Internet and living an hour outside the metro area, decided to ask for a quote on a garage anyway. Their response was immediate, advising me to supply a general idea of what size and style. From that time on, Mercers supplied a contact person who was very personable and accomodating. When we had our plans narrowed down with a price and decided on building, they supplied a project coordiantor that kept us informed daily of when and what to expect as the garage was being built, always asking if we had any questions or concerns. We could not have asked for, or received better service. The entire crew were very efficient. Thank you Dave and Evan for your dedication and hard work. Please pass on to all the guys on our project, their hard work and quality of workmanship was greatly appreciated. Stephen and Janet

    Thank you Jeremy & Mercer's Best Built Structures!

    Even before the purchase of my home was finalized, I contacted what I thought to be a reputable builder to build a garage. When the time came to actually build, I kept getting one excuse after another until eventually I was told they couldn’t do the project – a lot of wasted time and frustration. Fortunately for me, they recommended Jeremy and Mercer’s Best Built Structures! Although tentative about their recommendation because of their unprofessional conduct; I had to start somewhere. Jeremy called and said he’d be out at noon, so I reasonably expected to see him perhaps by 4 o’clock. 11:59 a.m. in rolls Jeremy. To say the least, I was impressed – and remained so throughout the process. Jeremy proved himself to be very knowledgeable. He is friendly, understanding, and was patient in his explanations and answering my many questions; taking a personal interest in his clients. It's refreshing to find a company that knows even “small” projects for them can be “big” to their clients. Jeremy also surrounds himself with good people. Things were done when he said they would be; and done properly! When Jeremy came out to do his final inspection, I pointed out something that a friend’s husband mentioned probably should be fixed a bit. Jeremy’s exact words were: “Well, I don’t like that way that was done; I’ll get that fixed”; and he did. When they came up to clean up the site, they didn’t leave a scrap in my driveway. From start to finish, it was a very positive experience…even the building inspector was impressed (and really admired the slab)! Jeremy and his staff have proven themselves to be trustworthy, reliable and helpful; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them (actually, I already have!) or use them again for future projects. If I ever need a recommendation for a service that they don’t provide; I’ll trust Jeremy to refer me to someone good! Thank you so much Jeremy, Cliff, Dave and your crews. I love my new garage…and my friends’ husbands are jealous!!!! :-) Liz

    Custom New Home

    We were hesitant to build a new home after hearing a lot of negative stories about the building process. A few months later we are living in a stunning custom home by Mercer's Best Built and we are thrilled. The entire process has been fabulous. Each of the crews (from the framers to the landscapers) have been fantastic. The quality is excellent and we have especially appreciated Jeremy's patience and willingness to explain everything as we went along. Our new home is perfect and the company has been so great to deal with that we are now having Mercer's Best Built add a garage! We offer our highest recommendations to Mercer's Best Built and would absolutely do it all over again!
