East Side Mario's Quinte Mall

DON'T EAT HERE My husband ordered dinner for me, Mothers day, I ordered Chicken Alfredo, how awful it was, no sauce what so ever but maybe a tablespoon, 3 very small pieces of chicken, the desert we ordered was 2 cheese cakes, but they didn't give us that either, they gave us beanutbutter cake, what if I was allergic, and they only gave one cake. We tried to call but no one would answer the phone and we tried for hours. We paid for the two cheese cakes as well. My husband picked the order up

Food was terrible, soup was sad watered down

The waitress served us the food and we never saw her again. We asked for another salad but we never get .also we were trying to find any waitress to get the kids ketchup and desserts but no one was available even it was slow night.

love the lunches

when i was working at the mall i would often come to East Sides for lunch, always enjoyed the food there, service was sometimes slack, and they seem very busy and at times understaffed. but the food i found was delicious, and flavorful, and i still come for the lunches when i can.

Bland and Slow

East Side's meals out of a bag concept is simply not working. I remember the days of quality food that was actually cooked by someone in the kitchen. The $19 dollar "special" was bland and without flavour, service was slow (an hour and a half for lunch) and overall I wouldn't recommend going back, I know I won't.
