Terrace Hill Pharmacy

Call the pharmacy in the morning and told them that I don’t have a meds for the second day. They told me they will take care right away and call me when is ready. Is after 5 pm and still waiting for the call. It was such a good pharmacy but they don’t care anymore. If I could I will give 0 stars . Terrible

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They don't know how to tell the truth. Have no respect for my time. 2 months in a row same issue with my son's meds. I call to order get told yep their ready come and get them anytime. So I hike it up the big hill only to be told they won't be released till tomorrow. Now why couldn't they tell me the truth when I called. Now I'm pissed. And when I do go up the next day still not ready I have to wait 15 minutes. Have a little more respect. We call

This pharmacy always puts the patient/customer first. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. They have my business for life.
