In My Opinion, This Is The worst Hair Salon procedure I have experience ever in my life. MJ Hair design formally known as TOTAL LOOK HAIR SALON Lakeshore Blvd West. This salon, in my opinion, has the poorest hygiene in Toronto, NO customer service, amateur color technique, low quality service and below average communication skills. The staff are rude and Insulting. I paid for service but the stylist never achieved the look I was going for. The whole thing is very sad, cause in the end, I had to use another salon. Paid for the services that I discussed with the stylist. After two(2) salons and two(2) attempts I was finally able to achieve the look I was going for. It was a long rood and I am glad it is over. I would Not recommend this establishment to anyone. It is my hope that this review will give future patrons a heads up in regards to the less then satisfactory service that they can except from this establishment.
