Great Food, Prompt enough service considering the atmosphere, but our server was disgusted with the fact that one members of our party had consumed some street meat earlier that day. This of course caused disruption to the positive energy within the restaurant. Break out your birkenstocks if you would like to be looked upon as an equal and worthy of service with a smile.

Sometimes the service here isn't so great. It's slow or unattentive. But I always go back because both the atmoshere and the food are so great. I mean, I go to a restaurant to eat so if the food is that good while the service lacks a little, I'm willing to lose on the service to get the delicious food. The tofu chocolate cheesecake is a MUST. This is a favourite spot for me and my friends to go and I enjoy taking visitors to Guelph here as well. A wonderful place to sit and chat over cider or coffee or beer (always good beers on tap) or to have a mouth watering dinner. The one down fall may be the size of the place. It isn't huge and it's often full but that's just a testament to how good it is.

The Cornerstone, if you have the time, is insane...

The Cornerstone, if you have the time, is insane amounts of fun - my housemates and I were practically regulars last summer. On a Friday or Saturday night the seating is limited, so come early, enjoy a few pints with their famous Antojitos, and relax. Lovely restaurant who knows its demographic well.

The Stone has the best club sandwich in town, and great coffee. Service is good, but when busy expect a wait (as with most places) Staff are wonderful. I think I will stop by later today actually.
