If I could I give them 0 Secretaries are awful they don’t know how to help people, they think because they are animal it’s ok to behave that way. I’m so disappointed

Our dog had a brain tumour and we were lucky enough to get her into a research centre in Minnesota to remove. She had to get injections here every month. Dr. Kolas was given the schedule. From the beginning he seemed to not care about our dog and even said he didn’t know what he was doing. He had schedule so we counted on him to let us know when we were to come in. That was a mistake! He couldn’t even do that. we have gone through so much to save our dog and have a vet who doesn’t care!

I only have good things to say about this clinic, I've had dogs for 30 years and these folks are by far the most accommodating and affordable group I've worked with, not to mention capable and approachable!

This place is THE best! Friendly and helpful staff are always just a phone call away and ready to assist with any questions I have. My beardies love going to see Dr Watson and her crew - and not just for the treats lol. Unlike some other vets they do not force medications or treatments, and are always patient and ready to listen. I live out of town but it is worth the drive to know my berdies are being cared for like family.

Went to get a refill on some anti-inflammatories to relieve pain for my dog - they wouldn't do it without a complete blood work up and checkup of the dog - $ 180. - for doggie asprin. Like many professional service companies these days, it has become so much about the money

I have been going to this Veterinarian for almost 30 years! Dr. Watson and her so-workers are the best. Rates are much more reasonable than other places (Have checked). Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and have a sense of humour. Thank you Holland Landing Animal Clinic Sharon

Worst vet ever, a...

Worst vet ever, always overcharge and add additional fees that werent quoted. Save urself and ur animals the headache. GO ELSEWHERE

great clinic

the doctor I saw with my cat was great. very gentle and obviously cared for my pet. she took the time to explain to me what was going on and talked to me in a way that I understood her. she was so kind and I was treated like I was a longstanding customer when really it was the first time I went there. I would absolutely recommend this clinic. great vet, the techs were enthusiastic and everyone showed great care for my pet. it is a clean facility as well.

PLEASE AVOID THIS CLINIC

I was a customer of theres a few years ago, they did not tell me the truth of my dogs blood results and therfore she became very sick and past away. If they told me what was going on I could have treated her and she would still be alive with me today. Do yourself a favour and avoid this clinic. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY, they dont care about the animals.....so sad :( They should be closed down

Good Hospital

I have been a client of Holland Landing Animal hospital for a few years now and I ahve only ever had great service with smiles and The Dr's have always been clean and very good about explaining things to me, my dog had a torn knee ligiment and the Dr's there went over everthing with me very thourghly before having the knee surgicaly repaired. I would recomend this hosp.

Very Filthy

I came to this vet with my cat. It was our first time, we were there for a routine check up and vaccinations. The vet did the exam, and gave her her vaccinations. That night she got had a very nasty eye infection, there was green goo coming out constantly. The next day she couldn't breathe. She wouldn't eat either, and was becoming very weak. I phoned the vet office back and told them that they made my cat sick on account of the vet did not wash his hands, he was not wearing gloves, the exam table was sticky and fur all over it, the weigh basket had fur all over it as well and the exam room spelt of urine. They told me that there was no way possible she got sick from their office and that she had been sick before we brought her in. I said if that is true, then how come the vet told me she was in perfect health the day previous and never mentioned an eye infection or a respitory problem. They had no explanation. I will never ever go to this vet hospital again, they are filthy, the vets have no idea what they are doing, and the receptionists were very rude and acted like they knew everything. Terrible service!
