Envy Nails

Have been going since they opened 20+ years ago. Without a doubt the best ever. Owners are wonderful people who try to accommodate even on short notice. Super clean and totally up to date with all new products and procedures.

I have been going to Envy Nails for over 10 years. I stopped in to have a nail fixed as my regular salon was closed. They were so accommodating that I made a "fill" appointment on the spot. The staff have always gone out of their way to recommend great colours, opened early on my daughter's wedding day for the bridal party, changed appointments at the last minute when I am stuck and made me feel welcome at every appointment. I will continue to recommend Envy Nails

I cannot figure out the negative responses on this page? Must be the competition! There are no perfect salons out there but this is as close as it gets, they try to please everyone they are open to whatever you ask, and they are honest if they can't. these people are honest hard working people, and I have never heard of them over charging anyone, let alone seen anyone upset or angry or dissatisfied! I would highly recommend Envy Nails over just about every salon in Ottawa,after 40 years !

I have had the best nails done here! The staff is super friendly and there work is always perfect. One lady who worked there knew I was going on vacation and went out of her way to stay open later to make sure my nails were perfect.

Worst Customer Service EVER!! Nobody treats their customers worse than Envy Nails. They lied to me, over-charged me, added on a 25% "tax" and laughed at me in whatever their language is. They treat all their customers with complete disrespect. BTY - You can expect your nails to chip, crack or fall off within a day or two.
