If there is a 0 star this Salon deserves 0*. Worst nightmare experience.

She is the worst salon lady with horrible customer service. I went for my eyebrow threading.After doing my one eyebrow she asked me regarding the shape, I genuinely suggested her that I find it thinner and shorter than before. After hearing this she gave me a disgusting look and started insulting me in front of all clients as if I hurted her ego.If you wana get humilated she is the best place for it. I will suggest her to close her salon instead. She has no sense of talking.

She is amazing at her work and does the perfect eyebrows. I was scared to cut my hair, for the first time with her but she did a outstanding job.

She is so friendly and does my eyebrows so nice and fast!

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service ever. No greetings, and like most beauty salons didn't acknowledge me or ask what I would like done. The owner is rude and just looks at you in disgust. Not to be ignorant but I think they only acknowledge their "kind".
