Toronto Landlines

The initial conversations with Frank were excellent and we were excited for the move and understanding price. On the day of the move, we were well set but not totally ready, still had to take a few things apart and pack a couple boxes. But when the crew showed up, they took care of all it in fraction of the time we had to put in to it! Then I realized We would have saved a lot of time, energy and money if we have booked packing with this guys! Anyways the move went really well.

Damaged Items, Unethical employees! Movers dragged furniture uncovered across their truck (was dirty and filled with garbage). My couch and mattress are ripped - they will not pay for the damages. But the worst is what happened with my child’s bed - after the move was over, the bed fell through - the movers did not screw the base together, and they put the mattress on top anyway!! Frank, the manager, said they did nothing wrong. If you have have kids or cribs, don’t consider Toronto Vanlines!

Extremely professional in all aspects. The customer service team in the office and their estimator ,Frank, went above and beyond. We received 30 complimentary moving boxes the day after we booked the move! Also, Frank quote us for 15 hours and movers finished in 14 hours! Plus they managed to professionally wrap and bring up our oversized sofa from basement to second floor which was very challenging. I highly recommend this company.

We engaged TVL to handle the move from our house in North York . They were well organized, professional and efficient. Under Dave's excellent leadership, the team worked diligently to load two trucks after carefully wrapping all the most important pieces. No over time, no hassle . All in all, it was a good moving experience at a reasonable price. We would definitely use TVL again.

Toronto Vanlines movers were awesome to work with. They were on time,professional,careful, quick, friendly and fairly priced. They took care of my furniture like it was their own and load and unload it with expertise. Ana helped me to book storage and made all necessary arrangments. I had the best move ever with TORONTO VANLINES. From Ana who gave me an estimate and made excellent suggestions, to Josh,Paul and Hamid who did the packing and moving, the service was outstanding. They arrived on time, packed my breakables, loaded the truck and unloaded it in an effective and efficient manner. I felt they were taking excellent care of my belongings at all times. I recommend them highly.
