We bought an expensive lift top coffee table last year. The screws fell out and the holes were too wide to replace which made the table unstable. After a few phone calls and some stressful miscommunications, we were able to deal with the supervisor of repairs Ms. Evita. She was very helpful and dealt with us respectfully. We received our new table as promised....Thank you Evita
