Amazing experience! I noticed item online, but it was only available in this store. Placed a call, sales person located an item and put it on hold (for whopping 72 hours). Just walked in and picked it up! So easy. Also, Gillian at cash register was so effortlessly, naturally and genuinely nice - just brightened my day. On top of everything - Oshawa store is so beautifully renovated that I think I will be spending a lots of time (and $$$) in it in the upcoming winter months! Lire plus

I just left this salon and am a very satisfied customer. My cousin recommended it and before I went, I read the only other two negative reviews. This normally would have detered me from going, but my cousin convinced me she has never had a problem. I'm grateful I didn't listen to the reviews as I got a wash, cut and style and this is the first time in my 45 years that I didn't put my hair in a ponytail after leaving and going home and styling my hair myself! This salon is very clean, friendly staff and professional. I will be going back regularly and have found a new hairdresser in Steve, who listened to what I wanted, had easy great conversation with, and left me and my hair feeling great! Thank you to an excellent job! Anyone looking for a new place to get their hair done? I would highly recommend. Lire plus
