Bechthold Home Improvements provided us with a variety of window options to suit our needs (old windows were drafty). The crew that installed the windows were efficient and cleaned up after the installation was done. The day after the windows were installed, I had to turn down the thermostat as the new windows are working like a charm. Thank you Bechthold Home Improvements for a fantastic job. Bechthold installed three retractable screens at my house. One started failing to retract within a year. Ive been trying to get him to service it for basically a year and cant get any action out of him. Wont even reply any more. Contacted the manufacturer and they are providing me with the name of another dealer to service Bechtholds work.
