    Contacted Sept.9/15. Tech was in the Truck but would call back in a few minutes. Still waiting for a call back 24 hours later.

    I called for service in the morning, I was contacted later that morning. The service man was very polite and knowledgeable. The problem was repaired quickly. I would use them again.

    FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!

    This is a great company! Appliance Same Day Service is fast, reliable, polite, and trustworthy. I called to schedule an appointment to have someone come look at my appliance and within 30 mins, the technician had called to tell me that he was on his way. The technician explained everything to me and fixed the appliance on the spot. I will recommend Appliance Same Day Service to all of my friends, family, and neighbours. They provide such fantastic service!

    No Same Day Service Here

    I realize it's Christmas time, but you don't plan for your oven to go on the fritz. Called this morning after getting an F30 and F10 reading on my Fridgedair oven. It's my understanding that these are fairly common errors for this make of range. Was told they "don't have the parts to fix this problem" and "because it's close to Christmas, it will be hard to get the parts" - If I was a company that called myself "same day service" and advertised that my van was stocked with parts, I would have the parts to fix common problems with appliances...ESPECIALLY close to christmas, when your customers are going to need to use their ovens!
