You can wait an hour even if you have the third appointment of the day. What is the point of an appointment?

This clinic is absolutely amazing! The wait time is short and the doctors there are very skilled. The customer service is top notch! I would highly recommend this clinic. Angela Yee is a great physician!

The worst clinic and doctors office around. I recommend people to seek assistance at another walk in or medical clinic if you want to save yourself aggravation and frustration! I have been going here for the past 3+ years out of convenience, and am finally switching because I have had enough. Even when you make appointments, you still have a long wait time, and if you are going for the walk in expect to wait 1.5-2 hours. The staff are so rude & Dr. Gauvin is the worst doctor Ive been to.

went at 10 when they opened...there were 4 people ahead of me...waited 2 HOURS to see the dr. for 5 minutes...go anywhere else

Best walk in Thornhill area

Best walk in clinic I ever visited. All the doctors are thorough and caring and the PA Is beyond exceptional. Thank you ?

Phone system - should your phone system go down,

Booking an appointment at either clinic, Thornhill or Aurora is extremely poorly set up. Just tried to expand on my experience and I was blocked out of the review. Even this is not properly set up. NO WONDER THERE ARE NO PATIENTS WAITING IN THE THORNHILL OFFICE - WE CANNOT GET HOLD OF THE OFFICE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT BY CALLING OR EVEN THE WEBSITE.

Great service, warm cozy feel and very professional! Had an appointment which was actually taken in ONTIME unlike other clinics where they tend to double to triple book patients. Went in for a full body check along with blood work. In and out within 45 mins (incredible). Got my results back within the time frame promised! 100% satisfied and definitely a returning customer. Worst clinic around, Horrible. Avoid them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. There are plenty of better places you could go (there are two other walk-ins very close to yonge and steeles). I read the bad reviews but I thought it cant be that bad (it was even worst). THIS CLINIC IS JUST HORRIBLE. Horrible service, very rude, really bad patient treatment no kindness whatsoever, the doctor did not listen to me even though I told him exactly what I needed. To be honest this was the worst experience i've ever had. If i could give 0 stars I would.
