Sham's Florist & Gifts has been proudly serving the Toronto area since 1984. Over the years, the Sham family has been providing customers with the finest floral arrangements and gifts along with their friendly and prompt service. Owner Winston Sham’s parents started dabbling in flowers and flower arrangements at a grocery store they owned on Roncesvalles for eight years. After spotting an opportunity in a new space in the Little Portugal area of Toronto, Winston’s parents pruned the business down to exclusively flowers and eventually handed the reins to Winston.
The oldest in the area, the flower shop has outlasted the competition “Five competing flower shops have come and gone from the area,” explains owner Winston Sham, “and we’ve been able to just role with the punches.”
The family is dedicated to supplying the freshest and most appealing flowers and plants at very competitive prices. “All of our customers are important to us,” says Winston. “I do everything myself; I make the arrangements, buy the flowers. I go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect for my customers. There’s a flower for every occasion, and you will find that here. Our name is on the store, and we’ve been doing this for so many years; quality is our specialty.”
