Technician was fine, found out the problem, put a new belt on my motor cause it snapped, the new belt ended up messing up the motor, it won't work now, and they are charging $400-500 to replace motor, which I didn't mess up. Overcharge price, 100 for diagnostic, 116 for new belt, which really should cost less than 10 dollars (after I did my research), technician that called me was rude and unprofessional, telling me I'm blaming them... I would not use this company again, better to find others
