So recently[a few...
So recently[a few months ago] I purchased a fridge from them which I was told that it was band new.I kept asking and they kept assuring me that it was new [except a dent which is fine] but recently one of my friends came off and told me it was refurnished. You can tell by opening the door and looking inside at the sticker it has like a model numb and serial number on it, and if it has a big red R then that mans that its refurnish.

Sorry about your experience , But we don't have you in our records, that you had purchased any items in our store. Perhaps it was a different store who is also synonymous with our store name. We also have no products that carry the Red mark you indicated.
