not finishing driveway, only removaled the front snow.

They don't appreciate your business, take you for granted, never heard of the principles of customer service (listen, respond, patience, courtesy, team player, care) and more importantly, fundamentally lack of empathy, respect, remorse and shame. The driver of the M section is extremely polite and nice, however (maybe the others too, never met them).

Horrible services. I never had such problems like this company ever before in the south shore area. I cleaned snow in the morning by myself to get out. I would pay little bit more others, but relaxing one..will try next winter.

Very very «««««bad»»»»»»» service you need to always call for you snow removal. They are fast to collect the $$$ and then cal me. Dont use there service
