In the contract, it was stated that the chimney would be repaired. Unfortunately, the work was not carried out correctly and did not comply with building codes. Cracks remain in several places and there is a risk of infiltration. The chimney caps were repositioned all crooked and not caulked. Also, the concrete slab he made is horrible. It's very rough and uneven. There are bits of rock sticking out everywhere. I am not satisfied with the work done by this contractor.
