Over the past few years, I have purchased many Globe smart products: mostly smart bulbs, plugs and a couple of wall switches. I have never had to contact the company because all the products have worked without issues. Putting a smart plug on my sump pump has worked brilliantly and saved me a lot of trouble. Their corporate values are awesome, so I also feel good about supporting the company.
