Houston Pizza

I was there Dec 26th in the Bar. I am a excellent customer. Almost go there every day. Waitress treated me like I was not there today. No more. I am going to take my drinks somewhere else. The waitresses should treat everyone equal. Not ignore them because they are old and the bar is full of younger people. I have been going to this bar 4 to 5 times a week for the last six months. You would think that I would get better respect than that.

Not a good experience, falsely advertised prices

I don't normally go to the internet after a dining experience and give a review, however my time at this restaurant was so bad I decided I would. I decided to give this establishment a try after reading good reviews on the internet, supposedly the best pizza in Regina is made here. So i took the family out to Houston's East for supper. Food took about 45 minutes to come out, so my wife and I had a couple drinks from the drink menu which was sitting on the table. Food was OK, little greasy but we were both craving a greasy dish(it was cheat meal day) and we enjoyed the food. When the bill arrived, we had both been overcharged for our drinks by a total of $10, normally i would pay and move along, but i felt like we had been cheated as the drink menu was sitting beside us with the correct prices. When we pointed out the menu to the waitress her first response was that that pricing was only for the lounge (even though not written anywhere and this menu was on every table). The waitress then had a brief meeting with a man she said was the owner, and her second response was the menu was only an ingredient reference(?????). The owner and the waitress both blamed each other for the discrepancy, and I do give the owner credit for taking the overcharge off and being a nice guy about it, I let him know he should remove the menu's, it's really not a good thing to put your customers through. Overall my rating is 2 stars, I've never had an experience like this over the on table menus anywhere, if the on table menus are just for reference they shouldn't have pricing.

Houston Pizza is real good

Good food always, service is depending on how your waitress is feeling that night as with any restaurant, and atmosphere is real nice at this location kinda rustic with a new feel to it.
