Canadian Tire Saskatoon West

I continue to be impressed by the organization & stock at the Canadian Tire West store. My closest Canadian Tire store is East side but when I need a specific item it is always in stock at the West side store. Thanks for the dependability!

Terrible customer service and wont let you return nothing.

Bought a red top optima battery just over a year ago. Called the confed CT and asked if they could test it, was told I had to make an appointment and would be charged $55. Then one of the employees told me to go to partsource to get it tested for free, and if it needed to be replaced that I could bring it to Confed CT where I purchase the battery and they would exchange it, only to find that they wanted to test it with there machine which is the very same machine that part source used.

Rude and Racist workers

Me and my father were in there for about an hour trying to by a telescope but the workers seemed to fly past us not responding when we asked them for help. One worker even hid her face as she walked by trying to ignore us. Not only are they ignorant and extremely rude, but they are also very much racist as they seem to follow around darker people and seem to use derogatory slurs. Bottom line this business is trash along with their racist and rude employees and I won't be shopping there anymore.

I am disgusted by their level of professionalism and hate the fact that I paid money for their service. The manager was as rude as it gets and could not be bothered with my level of disappointment. 0/5
