I have attended the store twice, once for the installation of a watch battery and the second to acquire a watch strap and purchase ear rings for my wife. Both times the prices were reasonable and the service very fast. When I entered the store I had an immediate sense that it was a good place to be/good feeling. The staff are excellent.

Like that they warranty parts and labour, can shop while vehicle is being serviced and have courtesy rides and vehicles for use while yours is being serviced

I have the highest regard for this gentleman/business. He is definitely a master at his craft. He’s super busy, but worth the wait. When I first arrived in Cobourg, I wanted to make sure my Mother’s Grandfather clock was in good working order. Unfortunately, another “clock man” in Cobourg did more harm than good. Thankfully, this gentleman does what he promises. He knows his business and I’m happy to report Mother’s clock happily fills my home with the sound of love. Endless thanks. Mary

I wanted to let everyone know how amazing Jack and Elmira were with me this week. I am married 50 yrs this fall and wanted to incorporate my wedding rings and my mothers wedding band. I was having no luck getting it done when a friend suggested I try MJEAS jewellers. What a stroke of luck. They did exactly what I wanted, did it very quickly and the price was very reasonable. 1/3 the cost compared to stores at the OC to have one of the rings sized. I am a VERY happy customer.

I live about 2 Kms from Canadian Tire Ajax but prefer dealing with Whitby Canadian Tire.
The staffs are competent and polite, they will go the extra mile to help customers. Well trained team!

Just bought birthstone rings for our grandchildren for their 16th birthdays. They were beautiful and so suited the different personalities of the young ones. Best place ever. Service unbelievable.
