Scott and his team could not have done a better job when they replaced our furnace and ac. Scotts' team arrived at 9am, and were done by 3pm.
Nobody else was considered for this job. Scott was trained by his dad, and now Scott trains his team the right way. Great bunch of guys!!

No air and it was Canada day weekend during a very bad heatwave. I called J&S not really thinking anyone would get back to me until after the holiday. Was pleasantly surprised when Ryan called me back and although he had a lot of calls he would get me in the next day, holiday Monday. Ryan was pleasant and punctual, so even though he did not have much of a holiday my husband and I can’t thank him enough

Today we finally found a truly honest,and reputable company that we can rely on when it comes to plumbing and heating. Boy can you tell when a buisness has experience, from the moment I called to when the basement was pumped out, sewer unpluged, furnace and hot water tank replaced and some drainage changed.
Some of these smaller outfits charge more than a professional one.

Exceptional Customer service, from the 1st phone call with Barb, to scheduling the job and its completion. Customers should expect this type of service, but Steve & his entire team actually exceeded our expectations. The installation and hook ups of a new fridge, dishwasher & gas stove were all completed on the same day, in a very fast and efficient manner by their service technician. I had Aston come and replace my fan motor on my furnace at 9 pm at night this was an emergency,for I had other things happen over Christmas. I am very thankful to them for coming out and helping me when no other company was offering any assistance over the weekend. Very professional and kind.
