Our fridge was not working 9PM. Booked online on their website and got a confirmation email back booking the appointment for the next day. Super nice lady called me back on the phone around 8:30AM the next day.
Tech arrived on time and had the parts needed to fix the problem. Everyone was excellent to deal with. Very professional! We will be telling all of our friends about the amazing service we recieved.

I phoned the north store and they were able to get the parts for my Eatons refrigerator. It showed up as promised three days later and fit perfectly. I should have ordered a spare...

Wow... Super Dad's Appliance Repair. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!! Spread the word!!!!! After getting zero service, we'll be by in a week etc, from several other appliance repair companies.. And finally finding one that will walk in my house for $1oo... Super Dad's Appliance Repair called back at 9pm, spent 30 minutes on the phone with my husband, and figured out why our fridge isn't working. At no charge. Just to be helpful and provide service. New house by Avi, wife not happy with stove, wanted a switch out, and at the last minute. Wife was very frustrated with all the move. But thankfully for Trail appliance(west end) to come to the rescue, not only for a fridge , but a stove my wife wanted. Do not get we wrong it was not easy dealing with a cranky lady of the house. They understood and came to help us. As well with a very quick delivery. That is service at its best

Mark was so professional. He set a time and called to confirm he was on his way. He came out twice and gave us the opportunity to find the best price on the part we needed. He then applied the first visit charge to the intallatiion. Incredible service. We highly recommend them

washer not draining. called at 9am, made an appointment for 10:30 am. Technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, had a pump for my older model washer in the truck. Repaired, tested, and minor service to the washer complete in an hour. Gave some hints on washer use to extend life. Can't expect better or quicker service than that!
